The bylaws are to remain the same, no amendment to allow sheds in Wellington.

Welcome Wellington Home Owners. As you know, a vote was just conducted. This vote was to see if the community wanted to make storage sheds a part of Wellington. We have conducted this vote in the past with the result yielding 'No Sheds'. This topic and section in our Bylaws was voted on again to make sure it represented our homeowners and also to change the wording in section 10.01 and 10.05. As the vote tallies are coming in, all indications are pointing to the same results as before. The bylaws are to remain the same, and no amendment to allow sheds in Wellington. The current totals are above and the vote period is now closed.  Remember 2/3 (roughly 148) home owners had to agree on this amendment it looks like this will be a dead vote.
