The Association dues are $118.00 and collected
annually on or around the middle of February. Please note that the payments of
these fees are, once again, connected to your deed per our bylaws. If for
some reason you cannot pay your dues within the allotted time, please contact
the Association.
Our financial books and records are open to all homeowners; please contact the
Association if you would like to review our financial records. The board is strictly
volunteers, here are some areas that are
covered by our annual dues:
Common area mowing, common area maintenance, pond treatment and maintenance,
liability insurance, legal fees, office supplies for yearly billing and
mailings, quarterly mailings, website(s), and neighborhood improvements.
