Homeowners, please remember that Wellington is a community bounded by its bylaws (Declaration of Protective Covenants), which are directly attached to your deed. These are also called 'Deed\Tract Restrictions'. If you do not have a copy of our bylaws, you can download them from the 'Bylaws' link below or please contact us so that we may provide a copy to you.

Please pay special attention to sections 10.01,10.05, and 10.08 basically NO SHEDS or POLE BARNS are allowed on your home site along with no TRAILERS or Boats in your driveway.  Although we do not police the area, we will act if a valid complaint has been filed through our 'Contact Us' section.
